Reference_Aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose_public_aid: Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ Urz. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The aim of the project is to develop a technology enabling the preparation of a robotic production line, the task of which will be the implementation of the automatic door production process. The various stages of the production process, i.e. frame preparation, door leaf preparation, bonding, milling, fitting, glazing, packaging will take place without the participation of operators. The main product manufactured using the line will be aluminum exterior doors or steel doors filled with insulation. The innovative feature of the technology enabling the construction of a production line will be the digital way of controlling the line and its flexibility. The line will only be able to switch to the production of other door models very quickly by changing the software. In extreme cases, this will enable the production of individual products. The technology will not limit the size of the door, the quantity and quality of decorative elements and their finishes. In the prepared technology there will be a possibility of scaling i.e. it will be possible to start lines with very high capacity depending on the production needs. The market is dominated by technology lines producing doors based on CNC machines and roller transport systems, they occupy a very large area. The resulting technology will enable installation and commissioning of the line on a small production area, i.e. occupying approx. 30 % of line area existing on the market. The solutions available on the market are not flexible, the shift of production to another model is very costly, which means that large volumes are produced, and the production of less than a few thousand units is practically not realised. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest opracowanie technologii pozwalającej na przygotowanie zrobotyzowanej linii produkcyjnej, której zadaniem będzie realizacja automatycznego procesu produkcji drzwi. Poszczególne fazy procesu produkcyjnego tj. przygotowanie ram, przygotowanie skrzydła drzwiowego, klejenie, frezowanie, okuwanie, szklenie, pakowanie będą odbywały się bez udziału operatorów. Głównym produktem wytwarzanym z wykorzystaniem linii będą drzwi zewnętrzne aluminiowe lub stalowe wypełnione izolacją. Innowacyjną cechą technologii pozwalającej na konstrukcję linii produkcyjnej będzie cyfrowy sposób sterowania linią i jej elastyczność. Linia będzie mogła zostać bardzo szybko przestawiona na produkcję innych modeli drzwi jedynie poprzez zmianę oprogramowania. W skrajnych przypadkach umożliwi to wytwarzanie jednostkowych produktów. Technologia nie będzie ograniczała rozmiaru drzwi, ilości i jakości elementów ozdobnych i ich wykończenia. W przygotowanej technologii będzie możliwość skalowania tzn. będzie możliwe uruchomienie linii o bardzo dużej wydajności w zależności od potrzeb produkcyjnych. Na rynku dominują linie technologiczne produkujące drzwi oparte na maszynach CNC i rolkowych systemach transportowych, zajmują one bardzo dużą powierzchnię. Powstała technologia umożliwi zamontowanie i uruchomienie linii na niewielkiej powierzchni produkcyjnej tj. zajmując ok. 30% powierzchni linii istniejących na rynku. Rozwiązania dostępne na rynku są mało elastyczne, przestawienie produkcji na inny model jest bardzo kosztowne, co powoduje, że produkowane są duże wolumeny, a o produkcji poniżej kliku tysięcy sztuk praktycznie się nie realizuje.
