Research units will participate in the implementation of the research, thanks to which the Applicant will be able to transfer knowledge and technology from the field of innovative solutions in the automotive sector. As part of the project, the Applicant will lead to a product innovation in the form of a new friction disc design ensuring better friction characteristics of the clutch package in the differential mechanism system and process innovation, i.e. elimination of bending operations from the friction disc production process. The research will be made possible by EU financial support. (English)

    Przedsięwzięcie zakłada adaptację budynku na potrzeby Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego oraz zakup środków trwałych w postaci specjalistycznej aparatury badawczej. W wyniku realizacji projektu stworzone zostaną warunki materialne do prowadzenia prac B+R ujętych w Agendzie badawczej. Badania prowadzone będą przez doświadczonych naukowców, specjalistów w obszarach wskazanych w Agendzie. W realizacji badań brać udział będą jednostki naukowo-badawcze, dzięki czemu Wnioskodawca uzyska zdolność do transferu wiedzy i technologii z obszaru innowacyjnych rozwiązań sektora automotive. W ramach przedsięwzięcia Wnioskodawca doprowadzi do powstania innowacji produktowej w postaci nowej konstrukcji tarczy ciernej zapewniającej lepszą charakterystykę cierną pakietu sprzęgła w układzie mechanizmu różnicowego oraz innowacji procesowej, tj. wyeliminowania operacji docierania z procesu produkcji tarcz ciernych. Przeprowadzenie badań będzie możliwe dzięki uzyskania wsparcia finansowego ze środków UE. (Polish)
