SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usługi B +R od jednostki naukowej, obejmującej opracowanie automatyzacji procesu produkcji zawieszek szklarniowych. Wynikiem prac będzie projekt gotowej do wdrożenia maszyny automatyzującej produkcję.Planowane rezultaty projektu to : - Projekt wstępny przedstawiający koncepcje ogólną maszyny wraz z przyjętymi założeniami oraz zaprojektowaniem poszczególnych układów urządzenia. - Walidacja projektu wstępnego wraz z jego optymalizacją. - Dokumentacja techniczna rysunkowa, wykonawcza zespołów mechanicznych maszyny oraz ocena ryzyka. Opracowana innowacja procesowa polegać będzie na wdrożeniu udoskonalonej metody produkcji zawieszki szklarniowej. Osiągnięte zostaną zmiany w zakresie technologii, urządzenia oraz oprogramowania. Udoskonalona metoda produkcji ma na celu obniżenie kosztów jednostkowych produkcji, podniesienie jakości produktu końcowego oraz wdrożenie nowego urządzenia automatyzującego proces produkcyjny w ramach stworzenia nowej linii produkcyjnej.
