SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose_public_aid: Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ Urz. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014).The objective of the project is to develop innovative furniture products with a new functionality not seen in the competition currently offered on the market. At the same time, the challenge of developing proprietary technology for the application of newly developed two types of adhesives not yet used in the industrial scale and improved lacquers with improved performance in the new process of veneering furniture boards is being addressed. The planned production technology includes new functionalities of furniture combined with the use of innovative materials (glues, varnishes) will be unique both in Europe and globally. The project will develop innovative products: 1. work plates with heating zones, to heat prepared dishes so that they do not cool before serving on the table. 2. Worktops in tables with heating zones where hot food is displayed – Swedish tables in restaurants, hotels, wedding houses, etc. 3. Furniture cabinets with heating zones where wet towels, clothes or footwear are stored. The project consists of 7 stages: BP 1 Research on the development of formulating polyurethane-free isocyanate adhesive BP 2 Research on the development of eco-friendly adhesive ECO-PUR moisture cured BP 3 Studies on the development of varnish with increased mechanical and chemical resistance BP 4 Research on the development of technology for the application of newly developed PR adhesives 5 Development work on the integration of heating systems with elements of PR 6 Verification of the correctness of the newly developed technology of veneering furniture panels with heating zones in real conditions [...] (English) | |||||||||||||||

SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).Przedmiotowy projekt ma na celu opracowanie innowacyjnych wyrobów meblowych o nowej funkcjonalności niespotykanej w oferowanych obecnie na rynku meblach konkurencji. Równolegle podejmowane jest wyzwanie związane z opracowaniem autorskiej technologii nanoszenia nowo opracowanych dwóch rodzajów klejów nie stosowanych jeszcze w skali przemysłowej oraz ulepszonych lakierów o poprawionych cechach użytkowych w nowym procesie okleinowania płyt meblowych. Planowana do opracowania technologia produkcji zawiera w sobie nowe funkcje użytkowe mebli w połączeniu z wykorzystaniem innowacyjnych materiałów (kleje, lakiery) będzie unikalna zarówno w skali Europy, jak i w skali świata. W ramach projektu opracowane zostaną innowacyjne produkty: 1. płyty robocze ze strefami grzewczymi, w celu podgrzewania przygotowanych dań, aby nie ostygły przed podaniem na stół. 2. płyty robocze w stołach ze strefami grzewczymi, na których eksponowana są potrawy gorące do spożycia – stoły szwedzkie w restauracjach, hotelach, w domach weselnych itp. 3. szafki meblowe ze strefami grzewczymi, w których przechowywane są wilgotne ręczniki, ubrania lub obuwie. Projekt składa się z 7 etapów: BP 1 Badania nad opracowanie formulacji bezizocyjanianowego kleju poliuretanowego BP 2 Badania nad opracowaniem kleju ekologicznego ECO-PUR utwardzanego wilgocią BP 3 Badania nad opracowaniem lakieru o zwiększonej odporności mechanicznej i chemicznej BP 4 Badania nad opracowaniem technologii nanoszenia nowoopracowanych klejów PR 5 Prace rozwojowe nad integracją układów grzewczych z elementami mebli PR 6 Weryfikacja poprawności działania nowoopracowanej technologii okleinowania płyt meblowych ze strefami grzewczymi w warunkach rzeczywistych [...] (Polish)
