Reference_Aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose_public_aid: Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ Urz. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The aim of the project is to develop and verify a technology enabling the production of nitrogen fertiliser based on a solution of saletrzano– urea with elemental sulfur (hereinafter "NS" solution” or &Amp;“Component NS 15-40”) on an industrial scale. The main rationale for the implementation of this project is the insufficient sulphur content (critical component in the process of harvesting nitrogen from fertilisers) in the soil in Poland and the limited market offer for nitrogen fertilisers enriched with elemental sulphur, the use of which guarantees a predominance over the sulphate sulphur currently used. The starting point for the project is the results of the previous laboratory work, which provides the basis for further development of technology. This will involve carrying out systematic tests/samples/tests on a larger scale that have been planned in this project. They concern &Amp;bull; develop and verify the assumed method of grinding elemental sulphur to the required level, &Amp;bull; develop and verify the method and procedure for the preparation of the suspension, &Amp;bull; verification of the functioning of the above-mentioned solutions in real conditions of continuous operation, on the pilot line In case of success of the project we will have a verified technology for the production of new nitrogen fertiliser enriched with elemental sulphur, cheaper and more efficient than the current ones, perfectly suited to the market need, resulting from a shortage of sulphur in the environment.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest opracowanie i zweryfikowanie technologii umożliwiającej produkcję nawozu azotowego na bazie roztworu saletrzano– mocznikowego z dodatkiem siarki elementarnej (dalej "roztwór NS" albo "Component NS 15-40") w skali przemysłowej. Główną przesłanką zasadności realizacji niniejszego projektu jest niewystarczająca zawartości siarki (składnik o kluczowym znaczeniu w procesie pobierania przez rośliny azotu z nawozu) w glebie na terenie Polski oraz ograniczona oferta rynkowa w zakresie nawozów azotowych wzbogaconych siarką elementarną, której użycie gwarantuje uzyskanie przewag względem obecnie stosowanej siarki siarczanowej. Punktem wyjścia dla projektu są wyniki dotychczasowych prac laboratoryjnych, które dają podstawę do dalszego rozwoju technologii. Obejmie on przeprowadzenie systematycznych badań/prób/testów na większą skalę, które zostały zaplanowane w niniejszym projekcie. Dotyczą one • opracowania i zweryfikowania założonej metody mielenia siarki elementarnej do wymaganego poziomu uziarnienia, • opracowania i zweryfikowania metody i procedury przygotowania zawiesiny, • zweryfikowania funkcjonowania ww. rozwiązań w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy ciągłej, na pilotażowej linii W przypadku powodzenia projektu będziemy w posiadaniu zweryfikowanej technologii produkcji nowego nawozu azotowego wzbogaconego siarką elementarną, tańszego i bardziej efektywnego od obecnie stosowanych, doskonale wpisującego się w potrzebę rynkową, wynikającą z niedoboru siarki w środowisku.
