A operação consiste na elaboração de um PAMUS ao nível da NUTS III Região de Coimbra. Contemplará uma estratégia de baixo teor de carbono focada na promoção da mobilidade urbana multimodal e sustentável, visando reduzir emissões de gases com efeito de estufa e intensidade energética. O PAMUS terá quatro fases, será monitorizado baseado em indicadores e avaliada a sua implementação, envolvendo a comunidade de uma forma participada e interventora. (Portuguese)
