Předmětem projektu je realizace modernizace energetického hospodářství v areálu průmyslového podniku KBA-Grafitec. Tepelná energie je vyráběna ze zemního plynu ve vlastní plynové parní kotelně. V areálu je instalována rozlehlá parní síť pro distribuci tepla z centrální kotelny do jednotlivých objektů. Projekt je zaměřen právě na decentralizaci parního centrálního zdroje tepla a instalaci lokálních teplovodních plynových kotelen a dalších lokálních zdrojů v podobě plynových zářičů. a. (Czech)
