Předmětem projektu je revitalizace stávajícího zastaralého nevyužívaného objektu k podnikání v podporovaných ekonomických činnostech programu Nemovitosti. Objekt se nachází na parcele č. 226 v k.ú. Vícenice u Náměště nad Oslavou. Jedná se o typ projektu: Projekt rekonstrukce objektu. Díky projektu rekonstrukci objektu typu brownfield se zvýší konkurenceschopnost podniku a dojde ke zvýšení zaměstnanosti v okrese Třebíč.
