In the 2014-2020 programming period, interim evaluations of the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the programme are foreseen in order to address timely possible distortions, to take appropriate corrective action. The basic principle in the New Programming Period is the strengthening of the logic of the results in accordance with Regulation 1303/2013. Based on this new philosophy, evaluations should contribute to improving and updating the design of OPs, provide information on the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of its interventions and contribute to the revision processes. Specific evaluations are foreseen for the individual regional strategic approaches included in the programmes, such as a strategy on poverty and social inclusion.The approved evaluation plan of the North Aegean Region OP contains a list of evaluations to be carried out during ESA-responsible programming. This list is not stable and may be adapted by a decision of the Monitoring Committee. Exceptional, ad hoc, evaluations may also be carried out where circumstances and emergency responses such as revision of the OP, risk of divergence from objectives, etc.The implementation of the ESF action evaluation plan in the Programme is envisaged. Στην Προγραμματική Περίοδο 2014-2020 προβλέπονται ενδιάμεσες αξιολογήσεις αποτελεσματικότητας και αποδοτικότητας της υλοποίησης του προγράμματος προκειμένου να αντιμετωπισθούν έγκαιρα πιθανές στρεβλώσεις,να ληφθούν τα κατάλληλα διορθωτικά μέτρα. Βασική αρχή στη Νέα προγραμματική Περίοδο αποτελεί σύμφωνα και με τον κανονισμό 1303/2013 η ενίσχυση της λογικής των αποτελεσμάτων. Με βάση αυτή τη νέα φιλοσοφία, οι αξιολογήσεις πρέπει να συμβάλλουν στην βελτίωση και επικαιροποίηση του σχεδιασμού των ΕΠ, να προσφέρουν πληροφορίες για την αποδοτικότητα, αποτελεσματικότητα καθώς και για τις επιπτώσεις των παρεμβάσεών του και να συνεισφέρουν στις διαδικασίες αναθεώρησης. Ειδικότερες αξιολογήσεις προβλέπονται για τις επιμέρους περιφερειακές στρατηγικές προσεγγίσεις που περιλαμβάνονται στα προγράμματα, όπως στρατηγική για τη φτώχεια και την κοινωνική ένταξη.Στο εγκεκριμένο σχέδιο αξιολόγησης του ΕΠ Περιφέρειας Βορείου Αιγαίου περιλαμβάνεται κατάλογος αξιολογήσεων που θα πραγματοποιηθούν κατά τη διάρκεια προγραμματισμού με ευθύνη της ΕΥΔ. Ο κατάλογος αυτός δεν είναι σταθερός και μπορεί να προσαρμόζεται με απόφαση της Επιτροπής Παρακολούθησης. Επίσης μπορούν να πραγματοποιούνται έκτακτες, ad hoc, αξιολογήσεις όταν το επιβάλλουν οι συνθήκες και η αντιμετώπιση έκτακτων αναγκών όπως αναθεώρηση του ΕΠ, κίνδυνος απόκλισης από στόχους κλπ. Στο πλαίσιο της συγκεκριμένης πράξης προβλέπεται η εφαρμογή του σχεδίου αξιολόγησης για τις δράσεις του ΕΚΤ στο Πρόγραμμα (Greek)
