Το Έργο αφορά την ολοκληρωμένη ανάπλαση του παραλιακού μετώπου της πόλης του Αιγίου από την περιοχή του Λιμένα Αιγίου έως την περιοχή του Παλαιού Λιμεναρχείου και από την οδό Ζωοδόχου Πηγής έως τη θάλασσα, καθώς και των συνδέσεων αυτού με την άνω πόλη, σε συνδυασμό με την υπογειοποίηση του δικτύου ηλεκτροδότησης στην περιοχή παρέμβασης.
