Με το παρόν έργο, ο Δήμος Καβάλας θα προβεί σε αποκατάσταση, ανακαίνιση, ανάδειξη και ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση του 1ου, 2ου ορόφου και του μισού υπογείου του κτιρίου του πρώην Ελληνικού Οργανισμού Καπνού (ΕΟΚ) επί της οδού Κ. Παλαιολόγου 4, προκειμένου να προχωρήσει στη μεταστέγαση εκεί δημοτικών υπηρεσιών. Το κτίριο βρίσκεται σε σημαντική θέση σε σχέση με ένα πλέγμα διαδρομών ιστορικού και πολιτιστικού χαρακτήρα, στο κέντρο της Καβάλας. (Greek)
