Το έργο αφορά στην Γ΄ φάση του τμηματοποιημένου έργου ύδρευσης οικισμών της Δημοτικής Ενότητας Νέου Σιδηροχωρίου του Δήμου Κομοτηνής με την: - Κατασκευή νέου αντλιοστασίου στην περιοχή του οικισμού Κοσμίου, που θα αποτελείται από οικίσκο και υπόγεια δεξαμενή 60 κ.μ., όπου θα εγκατασταθούν 4 υποβρύχιες αντλίες. - Ανόρυξη και αξιοποίηση 2 νέων γεωτρήσεων (Γ3 και Γ4) και εγκατάσταση αντλιών. Εγκατάσταση νέων αντλιών σε 2 υφιστάμενες γεωτρήσεις (Γ1 και Γ2). - Κατασκευή αγωγών μεταφοράς προς το νέο αντλιοστάσιοσυνολικού μήκους 2.450 μ. - Κατασκευή αγωγού μεταφοράς από το νέο αντλιοστάσιο στο φρεάτιο του υδατόπυργου του Κοσμίου, μήκους 1.956 μ., και αγωγού που θα συνδέει τη δεξαμενή των Αγίων Θεοδώρων με το υπάρχον δίκτυο, μήκους 650 μ. - Κατασκευή νέων αγωγών στον υδατόπυργο του Κοσμίου για τις ανάγκες του έργου μήκους 140 μ.
