Το έργο αφορά στην ανέγερση και λειτουργία Κέντρου Σίτισης και Παροχής Βασικής Πρωτοβάθμιας Φροντίδας Υγείας Ευπαθών Ομάδων Πληθυσμού, για την υποστήριξη των ευπαθών κοινωνικών ομάδων που διαμένουν στον Δήμο Τήνου και ειδικότερα όσων εντάσσονται στα πλέον αδύναμα εισοδηματικά στρώματα, με παροχή υπηρεσιών εστίασης, βασικής φροντίδας υγείας και προληπτικής ιατρικής, καθώς και ψυχολογικής υποστήριξης και κοινωνικής ενσωμάτωσης.
