The aim of the project is to improve/enlarge the provincial road STIMAGKA Nemea to a total length of 6,359 m and specifically in the following two sections: In the section Nemea-Koutsi 3.450 m long, which is the existing secondary provincial road and the shortest access road to the settlement of Koutsi from the junction of Nemea and the Athens – Kalamata motorway. Its starting point is 800 m from the center of Nemea, at the limits of the residential fabric, on the provincial road to Petri and Daphne and its perra is located at the entrance of the village Koutsi. In the section Koutsi – Winery 2.909 m. which is part of the provincial road Koutsi – Stimaga and the exit to the northern areas of the prefecture and the National Road of Athens – Patras (link at the height of Velos). Overall, with the completion of the project in the above road sections of the provincial road Velo-Sttimaga – Nemea will be achieved: A) Improvement of the road horizontally by widening the required sections b) Improving the length of the road in order to meet the requirements of the relevant road category c) Construction of hydraulic works on road d) Labelling and regulation of road marking and safety (metal parathea). Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η βελτίωση / διαπλάτυνση της επαρχιακής οδού ΒΕΛΟ ΣΤΙΜΑΓΚΑ ΝΕΜΕΑ σε συνολικό μήκος 6.359 μ. και συγκεκριμένα στα ακόλουθα δύο τμήματα: Στο τμήμα Νεμέα- Κούτσι μήκους 3.450 μ. που αποτελεί την υφιστάμενη δευτερεύουσα επαρχιακή οδό και τη συντομότερη οδό πρόσβασης στον οικισμό Κούτσι από τον κόμβο της Νεμέας και τον αυτοκινητόδρομο Αθήνας Τρίπολης - Καλαμάτας. Η αφετηρία της βρίσκεται 800μ από το κέντρο της Νεμέας, στα όρια του οικιστικού ιστού, επί της επαρχιακής οδού προς Πετρί και Δάφνη και το πέ¬ρας της βρίσκεται στην είσοδο του οικισμού Κούτσι. Στο τμήμα Κούτσι - Οινοποιείο μήκους 2.909 μ. που αποτελεί μέρος της επαρχιακής οδού Κούτσι - Στιμάγκα και την έξοδο στις βόρειες περιοχές του νομού και την Εθνική Οδό Αθηνών - Πατρών (σύνδεση στο ύψος του Βέλου). Συνολικά, με την ολοκλήρωση του έργου στα ανωτέρω οδικά τμήματα της επαρχιακής οδού Βέλο- Στιμάγκα - Νεμέα θα επιτευχθούν: α) Βελτίωση οριζοντιογραφικά της οδού με την διαπλάτυνση των απαιτούμενων τμημάτων β) Βελτίωση της μηκοτομής της οδού ώστε να πληρούνται οι προδιαγραφές της ανάλογης κατηγορίας οδού γ) Κατασκευή υδραυλικών έργων της οδού δ) Διαγράμμιση και ρύθμιση της σήμανσης και ασφάλειας της οδού (μεταλλικά στηθαία).
