Το έργο αφορά στην αναβάθμιση των ψηφιακών υποδομών 1.450 σχολικών μονάδων Προσχολικής και Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης στην Περιφέρεια Αττικής, με την προμήθεια του αναγκαίου τεχνολογικού εξοπλισμού Τεχνολογιών Πληροφοριών και Επικοινωνίας (ΤΠΕ), προκειμένου να προωθηθεί η εξοικείωση όλων των μαθητών με το συνεχώς εξελισσόμενο τεχνολογικό περιβάλλον.Με αυτόν τον τρόπο, το έργο συμβάλλει στην εφαρμογή των κατευθύνσεων του Συμβουλίου της Ευρώπης, σύμφωνα με τις οποίες η προσβασιμότητα, η αναβάθμιση της παρεχόμενης ποιότητας στην Προσχολική και Πρωτοβάθμια Εκπαίδευση και η ανάπτυξη των δεξιοτήτων αποτελούν μέτρα πρόληψης της σχολικής διαρροής.
