The appropriately trained personnel will ensure that the beneficiary receives the right medication, to take care of the surrounding area, his home, to communicate with his relative environment and to be able to proceed to a smooth integration into the community without relapses that will lead him back to the hospital.<br/>2) The goal of boarding schools is to complete deinstitutionalisation and promote the social integration of chronic patients living in the Psychiatric Hospital of Attica. <p>1) Το πρόγραμμα Ολοκληρωμένης Κοινοτικής Φροντίδας και υπηρεσιών νοσηλείας κατ' οίκον στηρίζεται στην υποστήριξη των ωφελουμένων στην οικία τους και για το λόγο αυτό η θεραπευτική ομάδα υπό την εποπτεία του επιστημονικά υπευθύνου του Κέντρου Ημέρας, θα επισκέπτεται με προγραμματισμένο ραντεβού τους ωφελούμενους στο σπίτι τους. Μέσα από αυτές τις επισκέψεις θα παρέχονται υπηρεσίες όπως ψυχολογική υποστήριξη, κοινωνική πρόνοια, νοσηλευτική παρακολούθηση και υποστήριξη καθώς και ψυχιατρική παρακολούθηση. Το κατάλληλα εκπαιδευμένο προσωπικό θα φροντίζει ούτως ώστε ο ωφελούμενος να λαμβάνει τη σωστή φαρμακευτική αγωγή, να φροντίζει τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο, το σπίτι του, να έχει επικοινωνία με το συγγενικό του περιβάλλον και να μπορέσει να προχωρήσει σε μία ομαλή ένταξη στην κοινότητα χωρίς υποτροπές που θα τον οδηγήσουν πίσω στο νοσοκομείο.<br/>2) Ο στόχος των οικοτροφείων είναι η ολοκλήρωση της αποϊδρυματοποίησης και η προαγωγή της κοινωνικής ένταξης των χρονίων ασθενών που διαβιούν στο Ψυχιατρικό Νοσοκομείο Αττικής. Συγκεκριμένα ο σκοπός των υπηρεσιών προκατάρτισης είναι να προσφέρουν μια φάση προετοιμασίας των φιλοξενουμένων ασθενών, η οποία θα καλύψει τα υφιστάμενα κενά και θα βελτιώσει :<br/>(α) τις προσωπικές δεξιότητες τους<br/>(β) την κοινωνικοποίησή τους<br/>(γ) την αυτοεξυπηρέτησή τους.<br/></p> (Greek)
