<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"></p><p></p><p>Η πράξη αφορά στην ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση του κτιρίου του Στρατηγείου της 1ης Στρατιάς Λάρισας. Πρόκειται για υφιστάμενο κτίριο διοίκησης Ενεργειακής Κατηγορίας Ζ, το οποίο αναμένεται να αναβαθμιστεί σε Κατηγορία Α+ με βελτίωση των ενεργειακών χαρακτηριστικών του.</p><p>Η ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση του κτιρίου περιλαμβάνει τις εξής παρεμβάσεις:</p><p>-Τοποθέτηση θερμομόνωσης στο δώμα.</p><p>-Τοποθέτηση συστήματος θερμομόνωσης περιμετρικά του κτηρίου.</p><p>-Αντικατάσταση κουφωμάτων με νέα θερμοδιακοπτόμενα μεταλλικά με διπλό υαλοπίνακα.</p><p>-Εγκατάσταση συστήματος κλιματισμού με 14 αντλίες θερμότητας τύπου VRV σε μορφή συστοιχίας, με νέες τερματικές μονάδες δαπέδου.</p><p>-Εγκατάσταση συστοιχίας με 2 αντλίες θερμότητας αέρος-νερού συνολικής ονομαστικής ισχύος 32 KW στο χώρο του αμφιθεάτρου και του κέντρου επιχειρήσεων.</p><p>-Αντικατάσταση των φωτιστικών σωμάτων με φωτιστικά τύπου LED.</p><p>-Εγκατάσταση φωτοβολταϊκού συστήματος συνολικής ισχύος 100 KW.</p><p>-Εισαγωγή συστήματος ενεργειακής διαχείρισης κτηρίου (BEMS).</p><p>Από την λειτουργία της πράξης αναμένεται η μείωση της κατανάλωσης ενέργειας του κτιρίου και η μείωση των εκπομπών CO2 μέσω της αναβάθμισης της Κατηγορίας Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης του κτιρίου, και παράλληλα η αναβάθμιση των συνθηκών θερμικής άνεσης και, κατ επέκταση, η ποιοτική βελτίωση των συνθηκών λειτουργίας του κτιρίου και της διαβίωσης του προσωπικού.</p><p></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><b><span style="color: red;"></span></b></p> (Greek)
