The proposed investment concerns the following eligible actions: Replacement of forty (40) internal doors with new soundproofing.Buy office equipment (electronic computer, printer, hotel management software) for the organisation and computerisation of the business and upgrade of a corporate website.Renewing equipment by purchasing new orthopaedic ecological mattresses and renewal of clothing types (including beds, towels, etc.)Replacement of common locks with new electronics. The proposed actions will improve the operational infrastructure and operational procedures of the company. They will modernise the company’s premises and classify it among the leading businesses of the region, helping to continue to be sustainable and provide high-quality accommodation services to its customers. The design of the investment aims to protect and exploit the specific local, geographical and qualitative characteristics of the region, in combination with the emergence of an ecological character of the company, the protection of the environment, the reduction of its operating costs and with the ultimate expected result the continuation of its profitable operation.The main objective of the business plan is to contribute decisively to its further development and sustainability. The proposed actions cover the main objectives of the plan and their implementation will contribute to effectively addressing problems related to the general economic crisis and the business environment (sector lack of liquidity, intense competition, etc.) and the need to acquire necessary new fixed equipment. The expenditure referred to in the business plan is directly related to what is foreseen in the notice of the programme and their implementation will have a direct and effective impact on the achievement of the objectives set by its implementation. Η προτεινόμενη επένδυση αφορά τις παρακάτω επιλέξιμες ενέργειες:Αντικατάσταση σαράντα (40) εσωτερικών θυρών με νέες ηχομονωτικές.Αγορά εξοπλισμού γραφείου (ηλεκτρονικός υπολογιστής, εκτυπωτής, λογισμικό ξενοδοχειακής διαχείρισης) για την οργάνωση και μηχανογράφηση της επιχείρησης και αναβάθμιση εταιρικής ιστοσελίδας.Ανανέωση εξοπλισμού με την αγορά νέων ορθοπεδικών οικολογικών στρωμάτων και ανανέωση των ειδών ιματισμού (σεντόνια, πετσέτες κλπ.)Αντικατάσταση κοινών κλειδαριών με νέες ηλεκτρονικέςΑντικατάσταση ηλεκτρικών συσκευών (ψυγεία, κουζίνες, απορροφητήρες) με νέες συσκευές ενεργειακής κλάσης Α.Αντικατάσταση κοινών λαμπτήρων με νέους χαμηλής κατανάλωσης υψηλής ενεργειακής απόδοσης.Εγκατάσταση κεντρικού ηλιακού συστήματος για την παροχή στο ξενοδοχείου ζεστού νερού χρήσης Οι αυξανόμενες απαιτήσεις της αγοράς και το συνεχώς αναπτυσσόμενο ανταγωνιστικό περιβάλλον στο οποίο δραστηριοποιείτε η επιχείρηση επιβάλουν την άμεση προσαρμογή της στις νέες συνθήκες. Οι προτεινόμενες δράσεις θα βελτιώσουν τις λειτουργικές υποδομές και τις επιχειρησιακές διαδικασίες της επιχείρησης. Θα εκσυγχρονίσουν της κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις της επιχείρησης και θα την κατατάξουν ανάμεσα στις πρωτοπόρες επιχειρήσεις της περιοχής, συμβάλλοντας έτσι ώστε αυτή να συνεχίσει να είναι βιώσιμη και να παρέχει υπηρεσίες διαμονής υψηλού επιπέδου στους πελάτες της. Ο σχεδιασμός της επένδυσης στοχεύει στην προστασία και την αξιοποίηση των ιδιαίτερων τοπικών, γεωγραφικών και ποιοτικών χαρακτηριστικών της περιοχής, σε συνδυασμό με την ανάδειξη ενός οικολογικού χαρακτήρα της επιχείρησης, την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος, τη μείωση του λειτουργικού κόστους της και με απώτερο αναμενόμενο αποτέλεσμα την συνέχιση της κερδοφόρας λειτουργίας της.Βασικός στόχος του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου είναι να συμβάλλει αποφασιστικά στην περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη και βιωσιμότητα της.
